Whether you're stepping into the gym for the very first time or chasing your next PR, our coaching team is committed to meeting you where you are and walking with you every step of the way.
Owner/Coach
Jamie Henk
Coach Henk brings a strong background in athletics, education, and leadership to THE BOX. A Houston native with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and master's degree in Sports Managment from Sam Houston State, she’s spent the last 6 years as a Physical Educator and Head Softball Coach. She’s passionate about helping members unlock their potential—no matter where they are in their fitness journey. With a keen eye for coaching and an upbeat, encouraging personality, Coach Henk makes every workout feel purposeful, positive, and empowering.

Molly Henk
From Lufkin, Texas, Coach Molly graduated from UT Tyler with a degree in Kinesiology. 
For the last 9 years, she has been a Head Basketball Coach, P.E. teacher, and Department Chair.
She’s also led track teams to regionals, helped basketball squads reach quarter-finals, and shaped future athletes as a Strength & Conditioning Coordinator. Passionate about teaching individuals how to move functionally - she brings energy, creativity, and a whole lot of high-fives. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and can be contacted for all your home owner/rental needs!

Coach Karre’ Wallace, founder of Let’s Be Great Football LLC, brings real experience to the game—having played pro football overseas and coached at both middle and high school levels. As a former high school Defensive Coordinator and Strength & Conditioning Coach, he’s not just building athletes, but future leaders. A faithful husband and proud girl and boy dad of four, he leads with purpose, passion, and a playbook for life beyond the field.

With 21 years in the Army and a heart for helping others, Rigo brings discipline, grit, and serious community spirit to everything he does. The former owner of CrossFit New Caney and a longtime mentor, he’s all about helping people crush goals—both in and out of the gym. Whether you need a killer workout or a custom-built bench, Rigo’s your guy. Fitness, service, sawdust? He does it all—with heart.

With 15 years as an RN and a Master’s in Nursing, Brittany’s the brains behind Modern Vitality—your go-to for IV hydration, Botox, clean beauty, and weight loss. Oh, and she used to own her own CrossFit gym, so she knows how to push you past your limits. Whether she's coaching you through a tough workout or giving your glow-up a boost, Brittany’s mission is simple: help you feel strong, look fierce, and live well.

Coach Monique
Monique is a CF-L1 certified coach with a background in CrossFit and a US Safe Sport for Kids certification. Originally from California, she now calls Texas home and brings a passion for helping others build confidence through movement. A self-proclaimed “late-in-life athlete,” she’s competed in local CrossFit and Strongman events, completed a half marathon, and is training for the 2026 Houston Marathon and a future triathlon. Off the gym floor, Monique’s a mom, iced coffee lover, and concert enthusiast who’s always down to cheer you on—or join in.
